Process & Collaboration

What sets ONEPROD apart from other video production companies?
Our approach remains that of a documentary filmmaker, even for a brand film or an advertisement : understanding the subject before filming, rather than executing a brief to the letter. We combine this editorial rigour with genuine executive production capability — location scouting, permits, technical crews, logistics — which lets us support anyone from a local business to an international production company. Based in Nice, we shoot on the French Riviera, in Monaco, across France and regularly throughout Europe.
Who's on the ONEPROD team?
ONEPROD is led by a single point of direction, from concept to delivery : one point of contact carries the creative vision and the technical execution of the project, from the first conversation through to final delivery. Depending on what each shoot requires, we bring in independent specialists — motion design, sound recording, drone piloting, color grading, post-production — chosen project by project rather than kept on staff. Each crew is built for the subject, not to fill an org chart.
What's the difference between a brand film, an institutional film and an advertisement?
An institutional film presents your organisation as a whole : vision, teams, expertise — it's the reference film you show internally or to partners. A brand film tells a story built around what sets you apart, with a stronger narrative intent, designed for public distribution. Advertising is a short format, built around a specific concept and art direction for a targeted commercial goal (product launch, seasonal campaign...). All three draw on the same editorial method at ONEPROD, but serve different objectives — we help you identify the right format for your needs.
How does a project with ONEPROD get started?
It all starts with a conversation : you fill in the contact form. We hold a 30-minute discovery call to understand your project, your challenges and your budget. Within 5 business days, you receive a creative proposal and a detailed quote. If you approve it, we sign a contract and begin development.
What information should I prepare before our first conversation?
Nothing formal is required for the first call, but the more you tell us, the more precise our proposal will be : the film's objective (brand awareness, recruitment, training, product launch...), your target audience, the planned distribution channels, an indicative budget range and, if possible, references of films you like. A written brief, even a short one, always speeds up the discovery conversation.
What is your geographic service area?
We're based in Nice and mainly work across the French Riviera, Monaco and the PACA region. For larger projects, we travel throughout France and regularly coordinate shoots across Europe (Italy, Spain, Belgium, Austria...). For executive production, we can assemble crews in most European countries through our network.
How long does producing a corporate film take?
For a 2-5 minute corporate film, allow 4 to 8 weeks on average from brief to delivery : 1-2 weeks of creative development, 1-2 days of filming, 2-4 weeks of post-production (editing, color grading, sound, revisions). Timelines vary depending on complexity and urgency. For an urgent shoot, we can move faster depending on availability.

Agencies & Executive Production

Do you work with communication agencies as a production partner?
Yes. We regularly act as an execution partner for communication agencies, creative studios and marketing departments looking for a trusted local partner on the French Riviera, across France or internationally. We work from your brief, with full budget transparency and a single point of contact from the shoot to delivery — quotes within 48h.
Do you offer fixer / executive production services for international shoots in France?
Yes, it's one of our specialities. For example, we handled the entire executive production of the Ferrari Purosangue launch film in the Dolomites for an international production company : scouting roads and mountain passes, securing permits from local authorities, coordinating logistics (transport, accommodation, catering), recruiting the local technical crew and supervising the shoot over several days.

Budget & Rates

What are your rates?
Our rates depend on the complexity, length and deliverables of each project. As a guide : a 2-3 min corporate film starts at €3,500 excl. tax; a day of social media content shooting from €2,000. Every project gets a personalised quote. We prefer an honest conversation about your budget to find the best possible outcome.
Do you work with non-profits and small budgets?
Yes. We regularly support non-profits, independent artists and small organisations with approaches adapted to tight budgets. Image quality and narrative care remain at the heart of the project. We're honest about what's achievable within a given budget, and we won't make a film if the budget doesn't allow us to do it properly.

Technical & Deliverables

What resolution do you shoot in?
The camera body depends on the project : Sony FX3, FX6, FX9, RED, Blackmagic or ARRI cameras, chosen for the look we're after, the budget and the constraints of the shoot. We select the lenses and accessories to match. Every project is delivered in at least 4K, with some productions reaching up to 6K depending on the camera used. For executive production, we also adapt to the client's own camera workflow (ARRI, RED, Sony Venice...).
What delivery formats do you offer?
We deliver according to your needs : H.264/H.265 for the web and social media, ProRes or DNxHD for TV broadcast, DCP for cinema screening, AS-11 per broadcaster specs. For music videos, we deliver 4K masters plus optimised versions for YouTube, Instagram (Reels), TikTok. Files are transferred via WeTransfer Pro or Dropbox.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
Our quotes generally include 2 rounds of revisions after the first version (assembly cut). Each revision is discussed through structured written feedback. Revisions beyond that are billed by time spent. We prefer investing time upfront (brief, development) to limit unnecessary back-and-forth during editing.
