Location Scouting
Photo and video scouting ahead of the shoot, shortlisting locations that match the brief, technical site visits with the agency's director or producer. A location that doesn't match the brief gets found during scouting, never on shoot day.
Permits & Authorizations
Filing and following up shooting permit applications with town halls, prefectures, private owners and state-owned estates. Coordination with police and road authorities whenever a public space closure is required. This paperwork, invisible to the end client, is often what determines whether a shoot happens at all.
Crew & Human Resources
A qualified local technical crew mobilized to fit the project: DP, camera operator, sound engineer, on-set assistant, script supervisor, production manager. Interpreters or specialized technicians added when the shoot requires it. A crew that already knows each other moves faster than one assembled at the last minute — and it shows on set.
Technical Resources
Camera, lens, lighting and sound packages sized to the ambition of the project, complemented where needed by specialist rentals (drone, stabilizer, crane, HMI lighting) through our partners on the French Riviera. The right tool for the right shot — not the most impressive one for the sales pitch.
Logistics
Full organization of the stay and the shoot: accommodation, transport for crew and equipment, on-set catering, day-by-day scheduling and call sheets issued ahead of time. A crew that knows where to sleep, eat and get to set is a crew that can focus on the film.
