L'Empreinte Restaurant
The Challenge
L'Empreinte is a restaurant with a strong identity, built around a singular culinary philosophy and an immersive guest experience. This wasn't simply about filming a restaurant : it meant capturing a soul, a vision, a world. The film needed to work both as a presentation piece for bookings and as a brand showcase to attract new guests and media partners.
Our Approach
ONEProd designed a film with two voices : the chef's voice, telling his culinary philosophy in intimate long takes, and the voice of the plates, filmed in cinematic macro with worktop lighting that reveals texture and colour. Between the two : the atmosphere of the dining room, the gestures of service, the relationship with the guests.
Warm, contrasted color grading reinforces the sense of a singular place. The original score, composed specifically for the film, carries an edit whose rhythm suggests as much as it shows.
