The Challenge
Politesse & Ennui belongs to a series of more than 100 episodes, built to live everywhere — vertical, horizontal, square, across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and the brand's own site. The challenge for the brand: build lasting recognition by carrying, episode after episode, a poetic take on today's society and etiquette — always the same face, so that repetition becomes signature.
Our Approach
A simple pleasure: giving a strong text the means of a real cinema shoot. A single 4K camera, a cine lens for a dense, tactile image, lighting worked close to the face, a frame calibrated to the millimetre so the viewer's eye has nowhere to escape.
Nothing is left to chance: every episode is treated as a short film, with the rigour of a full set and the care of a project we genuinely enjoy watching grow, episode after episode.
